MAPP Project - Community Health Assessment 2009
On October 21 , 2009 we celebrated the closing of the Mobilizing for Action Through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP) Process. Thank you to all who participated and made the MAPP Project a success.
Produced through this project was the Community Health Assessment and Health Improvement Planning Report for Madison County.
Project Background
To better understand the healthissues important to county residents, a Committee made up of community members and agency representatives
has been formed to
identify and prioritize for action, the public health issues deemed most important by our community. Madison County Health Department
is facilitating this assessment through the Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP) process.
