Community Health
Community Health focuses on health promotion, illness prevention and health maintenance. Programming is designed to promote the highest level of health for Madison County residents through health education, outreach, anticipatory guidance, prevention of illness and injury, control of community infection, advocacy and health care planning.
The 4 main program areas are:

- Maternal and child health
- Children with special health care needs

Environmental Health
The mission of the Environmental Health Division is to apply the principles of engineering, biology, and social sciences to educate, manage, evaluate, and regulate factors in the environment that effect public health.
We serve both the local municipalities and public by applying the Public Health Laws and the Sanitary Codes to identify and reduce the environmental risks of living and working in Madison County.

Home Health Care
Our Home Health Care Agency has been providing our community with skilled care and personalized services at home for over 20 years. We believe our services are the best alternative to nursing home or assisted living care and provide the brightest future for our patients by providing them with independence and the skills to self-manage their illness at home.
We provide Short Term Care and Long Term Care programs and services. Our new Telemedicine Program will provide patient’s with advanced healthcare monitoring equipment that will give our patient’s more ability than ever before to participate in their own plan of care.
